I got injured in 2018 and I was 22 at the time. I was hit by a VERY drunk driver and left extremely paralyzed. If you understand anything about the BAR laws that protect restaurants and places that sell alcohol on their premises then you might understand how difficult it is to win cases like these. It's just as bad as trying to go after a doctor for malpractice. While most lawyers might give up or tell you to settle for less. Adam did not. Fast forward a few years... I had the judge rule in my favor and I was able to claim the MAX amount of money you can. Again, thanks to Adam. But that's not all, we went after a second place that had served the person who hit me and obtained additional settlement on top of that. Again, that's not all. Adam referred me to a special needs lawyer who was able to help me set up an account that allows me to not get taxed on the settlement funds, and keep my disability income because of it. I have had nothing but a great experience with Adam. The communication between him is consistent, and he gives you opinions based on experience of what you might want to do, and educates you on why. Which means you make choices based on data and facts and not having to hope and pray that things "might" go your way. Just like the woman who trained my German Shepard, I wont recommend another attorney for this type of work, and you shouldn't either.
